How to Lodge a Claim

To lodge a claim, please download the claims form provided below.

To make the experience seamless and to assist in the claims handling, please include the following with your claim form:

• Copy of the full policy schedule / insurance certificate
• Removalist documentation - copy of Contract Invoice
• Copy of Inventory / packing list - required for claims for missing items / boxes
• Quotation on repair or replacement item
• Photo of damaged item - including damaged section and the whole item
• Written Demand to removalist - copy of email / letter sent to removalist advising them of the damaged items and/or missing items and holding them responsible for this.

Where do I send my claim form?

Once you have completed your claim form, you can send it together with the claim documents to our claims department either via email or post using the details provided below.

Please ensure your CARTS reference number is noted in the subject line.
